{"id":2596,"date":"2018-02-12T11:13:13","date_gmt":"2018-02-12T11:13:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/twojlekarz.net.pl\/?page_id=2596"},"modified":"2021-05-17T22:28:07","modified_gmt":"2021-05-17T22:28:07","slug":"zamawianie-recept-2-2","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/twojlekarz.net\/de\/zamawianie-recept-2-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Rezepte bestellen"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>BESTELLUNG ELEKTRONISCHER REZEPTE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Patienten erkl\u00e4rten f\u00fcr <strong>NZOZ Ihr Arzt<\/strong> haben die M\u00f6glichkeit, Rezepte f\u00fcr in der Krankenakte vermerkte Medikamente zu bestellen, die regelm\u00e4\u00dfig eingenommen werden. <br \/>Bestellungen k\u00f6nnen per E-Mail aufgegeben werden an: <a href=\"mailto:recepty@localhost\">Rezepte@localhost<\/a> Per SMS an die Nummer <strong>690 010 399<\/strong>oder telefonisch <strong>71 311 12 36<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Aufgrund der COVID-19-Pandemie und des hohen Telefonaufkommens bestellen Sie Rezepte am besten per E-Mail und SMS!<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Eine korrekt aufgegebene Bestellung muss enthalten:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Vor- und Nachname sowie PESEL-Nummer des Patienten,<\/li>\n<li>Name des verordneten Arzneimittels,<\/li>\n<li>Mobiltelefonnummer, wenn die Rezept-PIN per SMS versendet werden soll,<\/li>\n<li>Informationen dar\u00fcber, ob der Patient<strong> IKP \u2013 Online-Patientenkonto,<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Korrekt aufgegebene Bestellungen werden \u00e4rztlich \u00fcberpr\u00fcft und innerhalb von drei Werktagen bearbeitet. Patienten erhalten ihre Rezept-PIN per IKP, E-Mail oder SMS.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Patienten, die die Rezeptfernbestellung nutzen, erhalten per E-Mail oder SMS eine PIN f\u00fcr ihr elektronisches Rezept. Diese Nummer und die PESEL-Nummer des Patienten, f\u00fcr den das Rezept ausgestellt wurde, sind Grundlage f\u00fcr die Bearbeitung des E-Rezepts in der Apotheke.<\/p>\n<p><strong>REGELN F\u00dcR ELEKTRONISCHE REZEPTE<\/strong><br \/><strong>Die G\u00fcltigkeit des E-Rezeptes betr\u00e4gt in der Regel 30 Tage.<\/strong>. Ausnahmen sind Antibiotika \u2013 7 Tage und immunologische Pr\u00e4parate \u2013 120 Tage.<\/p>\n<p>Ein 30-Tage-E-Rezept kann eingel\u00f6st werden <strong>zu einem sp\u00e4teren Zeitpunkt nur, wenn der Arzt angibt, dass die Arzneimittel ab einem bestimmten Datum gekauft werden sollen<\/strong>. Bei Pr\u00e4paraten gegen chronische Erkrankungen ist dies eine g\u00e4ngige L\u00f6sung.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ein E-Rezept kann auch 365 Tage g\u00fcltig sein<\/strong> bei einer mindestens einj\u00e4hrigen Therapiedauer. Ein solches E-Rezept erhalten chronisch Kranke, die dauerhaft Medikamente in bestimmter Dosierung einnehmen und auf dem Rezept vom Arzt eine G\u00fcltigkeit von 365 Tagen vermerkt haben. Die erste Packung kann innerhalb von 30 Tagen ab Ausstellungsdatum gekauft werden. Wenn wir dies sp\u00e4ter tun, stellt uns der Apotheker eine kleinere Menge des Arzneimittels zur Verf\u00fcgung, proportional zur Anzahl der Tage, die seit dem Ausstellungsdatum vergangen sind. -Rezept.
