Patients treated at NZOZ "Twój Lekarz" may receive prescriptions for medications taken chronically in accordance with previous medical recommendations.
To do this, you must report personally demand for medicines for registration at "Your Doctor" facilities.
Prescriptions written by a doctor will be issued two days from the date the request is reported at the registration desk.
If a patient has not consulted a doctor for more than 3 months, they cannot receive a prescription for medication without a doctor's visit.
