Referrals to occupational medicine:
In accordance with applicable regulations, all employees employed by the employer are subject to medical examinations. The employer is obligated to refer the employee for appropriate tests to ensure there are no contraindications to performing their profession. The examination concludes with a medical certificate, which the employee submits to the employer.
At the NZOZ “Twój Lekarz” clinic we provide the following occupational medicine services:
- medical reports regarding job positions,
- certificates for sanitary-epidemiological purposes,
- decisions for candidate drivers,
- rulings for those applying for a firearms permit.
Required documents:
- referral from the employer,
- current ID with photo.
Examples of job positions and required tests:
- consultation with an occupational medicine physician,
- psychological tests,
- neurological examination,
- eye examination,
- laboratory blood test (glucose).

NOTE: The detailed scope of tests is determined by the occupational medicine physician during the visit.
We invite companies to conclude agreements with NZOZ "Twój Lekarz" for occupational health examinations for employees. In the autumn period, we also encourage employees to purchase flu vaccinations.

If the employer does not cover the examination fees, the patient bears the costs of the examination.
Payment can be made at the branch's registration. Payment in cash or by card.
