Badania wykonywane w NZOZ "Your Doctor":

  1. Badanie laboratoryjne krwi
    Blood is usually collected in the morning. The patient should come on an empty stomach, i.e. after dinner the previous day, no food or drink should be consumed, except water. If the patient takes medication on a regular basis, they should take it on the day of the test, with a small amount of water. Physical exertion and stress should also be avoided before the test.
  2. Badanie laboratoryjne moczu
    Urine collection should be performed with special hygiene. Before the test, the body areas directly adjacent to the urethra should be thoroughly washed. The container into which the patient urinates should be sterile. Urine is collected in the morning, from the so-called midstream (middle portion of the urine). Urine should be delivered to the laboratory within 2-3 hours.

    Na wizycie należy poinformować lekarza alergologa o wszystkich przyjmowanych lekach. 14 dni przed badaniem nie należy opalać się w solarium oraz wystawiać skóry na słońce. 7 – 14 dni przed testami należy odstawić leki przeciwalergiczne. Tydzień przed badaniem nie należy aplikować leków w postaci maści i kremów, szczególnie ze sterydami na przedramiona.
  2. Spirometria
    No preparation required.

  1. Całodobowy pomiar ciśnienia (ABPM)
    Do badania warto założyć bawełnianą koszulkę z krótkim rękawem, a także luźne okrycie wierzchnie. Istotne jest, by miało ono szerokie rękawy. Należy też unikać tkanin sztucznych, łatwo elektryzujących się – może to zakłócić wyniki badania.

    The patient should not eat, smoke, or drink strong coffee or tea immediately before the examination. For their own comfort, they should wear comfortable shoes and clothing. If they take medications on a regular basis, they should consult the doctor who ordered the examination, who will decide whether to take them or not.
  4. Heart ultrasound
    The examination does not require prior preparation.

  1. Endoskopia laryngologiczna
    The patient should not report for the examination while suffering from a severe cough, which would prevent the examination from being performed. No meal should be consumed 3 hours before the examination.

  1. Badanie EEG, Badanie EEG po nocy bezsennej (deprywacji snu), Badanie EEG podczas snu
    Badania po deprywacji snu (bezsennej nocy)- 24 godzinnym czuwaniu muszą być wykonywane rano, żeby pacjent nie był pozbawiony snu dłużej niż to konieczne. Na to badanie Pacjent nie powinien przyjeżdżać sam – nie może prowadzić samochodu/innego pojazdu gdyż potencjalnie może stwarzać zagrożenie dla innych uczestników ruchu drogowego. Przed badaniem Pacjent powinien zjeść lekki posiłek. Nie należy nakładać na włosy kremów, żeli oraz lakieru.
  2. Badanie EEG w czuwaniu, Badanie EEG- mapping
    The examination does not require prior preparation.

    You should prepare for the test as for an abdominal examination. On the day before the test, you should eat your last meal at around 6:00 PM (if the test is done in the morning), then you can drink still water and tea. If the test is done in the afternoon, you should refrain from eating for 6 hours before the test. To exclude flatulence, it is also recommended to take 2 Espumisan capsules 3 times a day on the day before the test.

    The examination does not require any prior preparation. Contact lenses should be removed before the examination.
  2. Visual field test
    The examination does not require prior preparation.
    During the examination, you must concentrate and cooperate closely with the staff.
  3. Computer vision test
    The examination does not require any prior preparation. Contact lenses should be removed before the examination.

  1. Gynecological ultrasound
    Before a vaginal examination, the bladder should be emptied. If the examination is performed through the abdominal wall, a full bladder should be presented.
  2. Abdominal ultrasound
    The day before the examination, you should eat your last meal at around 6:00 PM (if the examination is performed in the morning), then you can drink still water and tea. To exclude flatulence, it is also recommended to take 2 Espumisan capsules 3 times a day on the day before the examination. Abdominal ultrasound is performed on an empty stomach. During the examination of the small pelvic organs, it is absolutely necessary to have a full urinary bladder.
    Babies should be examined before feeding time.

    Preparing children for abdominal ultrasound examination.
    You should bring previous imaging test results and other medical documentation regarding diagnosis and treatment to the examination.Newborns and infants:
    – Bez konieczności stosowania diety przed badaniem;
    – Proszę wziąć picie (herbata, woda, ew. mleko);
    – Kocyk lub pokład, ulubioną zabawkę;
    – Smoczek (o ile dziecko korzysta ze smoczka)

    Preschool children:
    – Na 2 dni przed badaniem nie podajemy dziecku surowych owoców, warzyw, gazowanych płynów, potraw wzdymających; stosujemy dietę lekką;
    Na dwa dni przed badaniem i rano w dniu badania podajemy Espumisan w dawce 100mg/1ml: Espumisan 3×25 kropli;
    – Dziecko nie powinno jeść ok. 4 godziny przed badaniem;
    – Dziecko należy napoić (wodą, herbatą – NIE SOKIEM) w objętości 250ml na 2 godziny przed badaniem; nie podawać płynów bezpośrednio przed badaniem;
    – Badanie wykonuje się przy wypełnionym pęcherzu moczowym (dziecko powinno zgłaszać potrzebę oddania moczu);
    – Dzień przed, a najlepiej rano w dniu badania, dziecko powinno się wypróżnić.

    School-age children:
    – Na 3 dni przed badaniem nie podajemy dziecku surowych owoców, warzyw, gazowanych płynów, potraw wzdymających, gumy do żucia; stosujemy dietę lekką;
    Na 2 dni przed badaniem i rano w dniu badania podajemy Espumisan w dawce 100mg/1ml: Espumisan 3×25 kropli;
    U osób powyżej 14 roku życia, cierpiących na wzdęcia lub otyłych: Ulgix Max Wzdęcia 2×1 kaps. oraz rano, w dniu badania 1 kaps.
    – Badanie powinno być wykonane około 6 godzin po jedzeniu (na czczo)
    – Należy dziecko napoić (wodą, herbatą – NIE SOKIEM) w objętości 250-500 ml na 2 godziny przed badaniem; nie podawać płynów bezpośrednio przed badaniem;
    – Badanie wykonuje się przy wypełnionym pęcherzu moczowym (dziecko powinno zgłaszać potrzebę oddania moczu);
    – Dzień przed, a najlepiej rano w dniu badania, dziecko powinno się wypróżnić.

  3. Breast ultrasound
    The test does not require any prior preparation. It is best to do it in the first phase of the menstrual cycle. Immediately before the test, do not use creams and balms, as well as deodorants and talcs (especially under the arms).

  8. Urological ultrasound
    To eliminate gas from the abdominal cavity, you should refrain from eating for at least 8 hours or take 6-8 tablets of medicinal charcoal. The test is performed on an empty stomach. Before the test, you should also not drink carbonated drinks or smoke cigarettes.
  9. Ultrasound of lymph nodes
    The examination does not require prior preparation.
