{"id":2596,"date":"2018-02-12T11:13:13","date_gmt":"2018-02-12T11:13:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/twojlekarz.net.pl\/?page_id=2596"},"modified":"2021-05-17T22:28:07","modified_gmt":"2021-05-17T22:28:07","slug":"zamawianie-recept-2-2","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/twojlekarz.net\/en\/zamawianie-recept-2-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Ordering prescriptions"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>ORDERING ELECTRONIC PRESCRIPTIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Patients declared for <strong>NZOZ Your Doctor<\/strong> have the option to order prescriptions for medications recorded in medical records that are taken on a regular basis. <br \/>Orders can be placed by email to: <a href=\"mailto:recepty@localhost\">recipes@localhost<\/a> By text message to the number <strong>690 010 399<\/strong>, or by phone <strong>71 311 12 36<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and high volume of phone calls, it is best to order prescriptions via email and text message!<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A correctly placed order must include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Patient\u2019s name, surname and PESEL number,<\/li>\n<li>the name of the medicine ordered,<\/li>\n<li>mobile phone number if the prescription PIN is to be sent by SMS,<\/li>\n<li>information whether the patient uses<strong> IKP \u2013 Online Patient Account,<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Correctly placed orders are verified by a doctor and processed within three business days. Patients receive their prescription PIN via IKP, email or text message.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Patients who use remote prescription ordering will receive a PIN for the electronic prescription by return email or text message. This number and the PESEL of the Patient for whom the prescription was issued are the basis for the implementation of the e-prescription in the pharmacy.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ELECTRONIC PRESCRIPTION RULES<\/strong><br \/><strong>E-prescriptions are usually valid for 30 days.<\/strong>. The exceptions are antibiotics \u2013 7 days and immunological preparations \u2013 120 days.<\/p>\n<p>A 30-day e-prescription can be redeemed <strong>at a later date only if the doctor indicates that the medicines should be purchased from a specific date<\/strong>. This is a common solution for preparations for chronic diseases.<\/p>\n<p><strong>An e-prescription can also be valid for 365 days<\/strong> in the case of therapy lasting at least a year. Such an e-prescription will be received by chronically ill patients who permanently take specific doses of medication, and the doctor has indicated on the prescription that it is valid for 365 days. The first package can be purchased within 30 days from the date of issue; if we do it later, the pharmacist will issue us a smaller amount of the medication, proportionally to the number of days that have passed since the date of issue of the e-prescription.
