By the end of the year, 500 residents of the Kobierzyce Commune will have undergone a series of consultations and rehabilitation treatments financed by the local government. The program has been underway since August. Health policy program for the therapeutic rehabilitation of residents of the Kobierzyce Commune for 2026\u20132029<\/strong>, which generated enormous interest among residents. Health education is an integral part of it. Rehabilitation doesn't end with the final treatment. The way we move, rest, and care for ourselves daily is crucial to maintaining fitness. Program participants receive not only access to treatments but also practical knowledge they can use every day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The program is aimed at residents of the Kobierzyce Commune who are 50 years of age or older. In 2026, services will be provided by the NZOZ Tw\u00f3j Lekarz Rehabilitation Center in Kobierzyce. The program is funded by the Kobierzyce Commune with financial support from the Lower Silesian Voivodeship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Knowledge that stays for a long time<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Rehabilitation treatments are designed to help participants improve their fitness and return to daily activities. However, the program goes a step further. It also includes education on the prevention of musculoskeletal disorders.
