What is the cause of the condition and what can be done to deal with it? Dr. Ma\u0142gorzata Kastelli provided the answer in the magazine &quot;Dobre Rady&quot; (Good Councils). According to a specialist from the NZOZ &quot;Tw\u00f3j Lekarz&quot; (Your Doctor), it&#039;s crucial to follow a few basic rules. Above all, avoid high temperatures (hot baths and sunbathing worsen the condition) and avoid tight clothing. It&#039;s also worth remembering to rest with your legs elevated and have your veins checked regularly.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Ma\u0142gorzata Kastelli, who regularly sees patients at our Kobierzyce clinic, also appeared in the latest issue of &quot;Samo Zdrowie&quot; magazine, this time as a consultant. This extensive publication addresses genetic predispositions to illnesses in families. The similarities between mothers and daughters extend beyond appearance \u2013 we sometimes share the same history of illnesses. Fortunately, it turns out that genes don&#039;t determine everything.
