A LESSON FOR THE HEART!

Target group:<\/b><\/p>

Students of primary schools from the Wroc\u0142aw District (divided into two age groups: grades I-III and grades IV-VIII),<\/span><\/p>

Parents of students, <\/span>Teachers.<\/span><\/p>

Main objectives of the program:<\/b><\/p>

Health education for children and adolescents regarding the prevention of cardiovascular diseases, hypertension and hypercholesterolemia.<\/span><\/p>

Developing positive eating habits and promoting a healthy lifestyle among children and adolescents.<\/span><\/p>

Strengthening health-related knowledge and attitudes among children in grades I-VIII.<\/span><\/p>

Method of implementation:<\/b><\/p>

Information campaign:<\/b> Using a variety of communication channels (local media, websites, posters, leaflets) to disseminate information about the programme.<\/span><\/p>

Educational activities:<\/b> Implementation in the form of lectures, workshops, talks, educational games and activation activities in the school environment, adapted to the age of the participants.<\/span><\/p>
