Le virus peut survivre jusqu&#039;\u00e0 24 heures sur une poign\u00e9e de porte.<\/li>\n<li>Lavez-vous les mains plus souvent avec de l&#039;eau ti\u00e8de et du savon, s\u00e9chez-les avec une serviette jetable<\/li>\n<li>Couvrez-vous la bouche lorsque vous toussez ou votre nez lorsque vous \u00e9ternuez avec des mouchoirs jetables.<\/li>\n<li>Ne r\u00e9utilisez pas les lingettes, jetez-les \u00e0 la poubelle<\/li>\n<li>A\u00e9rez souvent les pi\u00e8ces dans lesquelles vous vous trouvez<\/li>\n<li>Ne touchez pas votre visage avec vos mains : les yeux, la bouche et le nez sont des portes d&#039;entr\u00e9e pour l&#039;infection.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Lorsque vous devez consulter un m\u00e9decin :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Les sympt\u00f4mes ne disparaissent pas avant longtemps<\/li>\n<li>Les sympt\u00f4mes augmentent rapidement<\/li>\n<li>Vous avez une forte fi\u00e8vre (plus de 39 degr\u00e9s Celsius) ou votre temp\u00e9rature ne baisse pas avec les m\u00e9dicaments antipyr\u00e9tiques<\/li>\n<li>Difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 respirer (vous ressentez un essoufflement, une dyspn\u00e9e), vous ressentez une douleur \u00e0 la poitrine<\/li>\n<li>Vous souffrez de diab\u00e8te, d&#039;une maladie cardiaque, d&#039;une maladie pulmonaire, d&#039;une maladie r\u00e9nale, d&#039;une maladie neurologique, d&#039;une chimioth\u00e9rapie, du SIDA<\/li>\n<li>Il y a une raideur de la nuque, de violents maux de t\u00eate, une vision double et des vomissements pendant plus d&#039;une journ\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Les m\u00e9decins ne prescrivent pas d\u2019antibiotiques pour traiter le rhume, car ils ne soulagent pas les sympt\u00f4mes et n\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e8rent pas la gu\u00e9rison.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>R\u00e9cup\u00e9ration. Les antibiotiques ne sont efficaces que contre les infections bact\u00e9riennes.
