Elle \u00e9tait la premi\u00e8re invit\u00e9e <strong>Sylvia Majcher<\/strong>, journaliste radio et t\u00e9l\u00e9vision, auteur d&#039;un best-seller <strong>\u00ab Je cuisine, je ne gaspille pas. Cuisine z\u00e9ro d\u00e9chet en polonais.<\/strong> Il s\u2019av\u00e8re que vous pouvez pr\u00e9parer des plats de No\u00ebl traditionnels sans gaspiller de nourriture et en limitant les dommages \u00e0 l\u2019environnement. Un bon exemple est le houmous \u00e0 base de betteraves laiss\u00e9es apr\u00e8s la cuisson du bortsch. Voici la recette que Sylwia Majcher nous a partag\u00e9e :<br><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>6-8 betteraves cuites,<\/li>\n<li>100 g de petits pois cuits,<\/li>\n<li>100 g de noix ou noisettes,<\/li>\n<li>le jus et le zeste de citron,<\/li>\n<li>une poign\u00e9e de coriandre fra\u00eeche ou de menthe,<\/li>\n<li>2 gousses d&#039;ail,<\/li>\n<li>petit piment,<\/li>\n<li>4 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d&#039;huile d&#039;olive et une pinc\u00e9e de sel au go\u00fbt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><br>Faites griller les noix dans une po\u00eale s\u00e8che. Hachez finement la coriandre ou la menthe. Coupez les betteraves en cubes, ajoutez les petits pois cuits, l&#039;ail \u00e9pluch\u00e9 et les noix grill\u00e9es. Mettez les ingr\u00e9dients dans un mixeur et broyez-les. Versez l&#039;huile d&#039;olive, le jus et le zeste de citron, ajoutez le piment, assaisonnez de sel et broyez \u00e0 nouveau. Placez le houmous pr\u00e9par\u00e9 dans un bol et conservez-le au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pendant 2-3 jours.<br>Sylwia Majcher anime des ateliers sur le non-gaspillage alimentaire et l&#039;\u00e9cologie.
