SUCCESS OF THE ZA# CAMPAIGN VACCINED KOBIERZYCE!

220 people took advantage of the COVID-19 summer vaccination campaign in Kobierzyce. On Saturdays, August 14 and 21, patients were vaccinated at the NZOZ Twój Lekarz Clinic. The Kobierzyce Commune Office provided transport for all interested parties. Most patients were interested in receiving the single-dose Johnson&Johnson vaccine. Some opted for the two-dose Pfizer vaccine. It was also received by children aged 12 and over who came to the vaccination with their parents.

Join the online childbirth class

Online childbirth classes are free of charge for all women after the 21st week of pregnancy who have submitted a declaration to the midwife at the Twój Lekarz clinic.

The classes will be led by Izabela Ksyta-Moćko, Your Doctor’s family midwife, and will be available as online meetings on Your Doctor’s Facebook page.

As part of the course, each of the ladies will be able to take advantage of an individual meeting with a midwife, during which there will be an opportunity to practice newborn care, birthing positions and breathing techniques, and an individual discussion of the birth plan. The date of the meeting to be individually agreed with midwife Aleksandra Bernat, after the 32nd week of pregnancy.

The campaign, conducted since 2014, aims to raise awareness in society of the role that midwives play in perinatal care. The organizers of the plebiscite emphasize that a midwife is not only caring and caring, but also increasingly higher medical competences and the responsibility associated with them.
