TAKE CARE OF YOUR HEALTH AT THE MUNICIPAL HARVEST FESTIVAL IN KOBIERZYCE!

The traditional harvest festival in Kobierzyce has been a rich event for years, offering attendees numerous attractions. As with previous editions, this year's event will also offer opportunities to take care of your health. On Sunday, August 28th, the Your Doctor Clinic team will be conducting free dermatoscopy examinations for skin lesions and screening tests for circulatory system diseases in their harvest festival tent. Meanwhile, the youngest residents will be met by SUPER DOCTOR, the clinic's mascot, who will lead a health-promoting educational campaign.
In this episode of WHAT YOUR DOCTOR SAYS, we discuss contraindications to physical activity, the optimal type of training for the heart, the importance of sleep and recovery, and the impact of stress and stimulants on the circulatory system. The discussion is based on a cardiologist's clinical experience and addresses patients' daily health decisions.
