Dear patients, thanks to the efforts of the NZOZ "Twój Lekarz" (Your Doctor), a urology clinic has been contracted with the National Health Fund since December 2015. The clinic provides free services to insured patients. Urology specialist Waldemar Bonczar has been providing care to patients. A referral is required to access the urology clinic. Over 100 people had their sugar levels and blood pressure checked at our stand. We encouraged people to take part in free health tests and consultations on the last Saturday of May during a picnic in Tyniec Mały.
A family picnic is a good opportunity to remind people about health and prevention, which is why we invited participants to our stand at all times (between 10:00 and 14:00).
We invite PATIENTS to an educational workshop on bronchial and lung diseases and the correct use of inhalation systems, which will be led by a certified Educator.
