Urology clinic on the National Health Fund
Dear patients, thanks to the efforts of the NZOZ "Twój Lekarz" (Your Doctor), a urology clinic has been contracted with the National Health Fund since December 2015. The clinic provides free services to insured patients. Urology specialist Waldemar Bonczar has been providing care to patients. A referral is required to access the urology clinic. The clinic operates at a facility in Bielany Wrocławskie at ul. Wrocławska 24a/1. We invite you to visit.
