Join the online childbirth class

Online childbirth classes are free of charge for all women after the 21st week of pregnancy who have submitted a declaration to the midwife at the Twój Lekarz clinic.

The classes will be led by Izabela Ksyta-Moćko, Your Doctor’s family midwife, and will be available as online meetings on Your Doctor’s Facebook page.

As part of the course, each of the ladies will be able to take advantage of an individual meeting with a midwife, during which there will be an opportunity to practice newborn care, birthing positions and breathing techniques, and an individual discussion of the birth plan. The date of the meeting to be individually agreed with midwife Aleksandra Bernat, after the 32nd week of pregnancy.
