Can you be a role model, a buddy and a demanding teacher at the same time? How to reconcile upbringing with spoiling? Where can you get the strength and ideas to provide your children with attractions after work that they will remember when they grow up? These are difficult challenges that every father faces. "On Father's Day, it's worth talking about them," admits Paweł Gołębski, the creator of the journalistic Tatostreamer profile, concerning the world of fathers.

Health, passions, interests, law, psychology, relationships with children and partners. Everyday matters – easy and difficult – this is how the hero of the next edition of the Your Doctor and Friends campaign describes the subject of his channel. "On Father's Day, June 23, we are organizing an evening broadcast live on the Internet, in which we will celebrate, remember and watch photos and films with dads. We will also remind you what is worth examining," announces Paweł Gołębski.

Not without reason. Prevention turns out to be something that many fathers still need to work on. Only 36 percent of men in Poland get tested once every six months. 13 percent declare that they do check-ups every two years, and the same number even less often. Almost one in ten men do not do any check-ups at all, according to the report "Health prevention of Poles 2020". In this context, the sentence: "Dad, I wish you health on the occasion of Father's Day!" has an exceptionally strong message.

HELP YOUR CHILD START THE NEW SCHOOL YEAR CALMLY

September greets us not only with cooler mornings but also a new chapter in the lives of many families. For children, especially those entering school for the first time, it's often a time full of emotions: curiosity, uncertainty, but also fear. How can we ensure that these first weeks aren't associated with stress, but with a good start?
