When sending your wishes to your grandma or grandpa, we encourage you to ask them about their health, remind them to take their medications regularly and monitor their blood pressure. In addition, an active senior is a healthy senior, so it is worth organizing time for your loved ones in the fresh air - taking them for walks or bike rides. PREVENTION OF TICK-BORNE DISEASES IN THE WROCŁAW COUNTY

Another edition of the Health Policy Program for the Prevention of Tick-Borne Diseases (Lyme disease), implemented between 2023 and 2025 for residents of Wrocław County, is coming to an end. FREE PSYCHOLOGIST APPOINTMENTS ON THE NFZ

Get help from a psychologist faster and without the formalities. NZOZ Twój Lekarz clinics offer available psychologist appointments under contracts with the National Health Fund (NFZ). A referral from a family doctor is not required.
