New address of the Primary Healthcare Center in Sołtysowice
On Thursday, October 1st, a new NZOZ Twój Lekarz clinic opens at 67 Lekcyjna Street in Wrocław. The facility, located next to the recently opened preschool, will be open Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Patients will be able to access National Health Fund (NFZ) Primary Health Care, including Coordinated Care, as well as the Healthy Child Clinic and Vaccination Center.
Another branch in the growing network
The new clinic in Sołtysowice is another step in the development of the NZOZ Twój Lekarz (Your Doctor). The network has been operating since 2003 in Wrocław and the Kobierzyce and Długołęka municipalities, providing care for children and adults. Its services include primary care, specialist clinics, rehabilitation, ophthalmology with laser therapy, occupational medicine, and vaccination centers.
The expansion of the network means easier access for patients to care close to home. In the case of Sołtysowice, the option of using Coordinated Care, where a primary care physician manages the patient in collaboration with specialists, is also important. This makes the new facility not just another point on the map, but part of a larger care system consistently developed with local communities in mind.
