This year's edition of the LOWER SILESIA HIPPOCRATES 2018 plebiscite will feature:
• Renata Góral (family doctor) • Izabela Ksyta (midwife) • Izabela Mader-Wołyńska (pediatrician) • Aleksandra Olender-Chlebik (family doctor) • Marcin Roszkowski (family doctor) • Luise Tyl-Piwkowska (pediatrician) • Agnieszka Zarankiewicz (nurse) • Tomasz Góral (orthopedist) • Agnieszka Gładysz (dentist) The aim of the plebiscite organized by Gazeta Wrocławska is to select the best doctors, nurses, pharmacists and medical facilities in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship. Candidates are nominated by readers, who then cast their votes. "This plebiscite is an excellent opportunity to thank those who sacrifice so much every day to save our lives and health," say the organizers. To vote, visit the website The Wrocław Newspaper, find your candidate, and then choose your voting method: SMS or click. The first stage of voting for candidates nominated in the district categories will last until October 17. Those who obtain the highest number of points in their district will qualify for the second stage – the provincial stage – (voting takes place from October 19 to 26). Voting for candidates nominated only in the provincial categories is taking place simultaneously – Dr. Tomasz Góral is participating in this stage. The plebiscite will end on Friday, October 26 at 9:00 PM. The winners will receive prestigious titles and statuettes, which will be presented at a gala in Wrocław. It is worth recalling that in last year's edition of the plebiscite, one of this year's candidates, Tomasz Góral, was recognized by patients as the best orthopedist in Lower Silesia. Our other doctors also received many votes: Renata Góral, MD (family physician), Dr. Monika Junuzovska-Fałat, MD (family doctor), Elżbieta Lech, MD (midwife), Louise Tyl-Piwkowska, MD (pediatrician) and Cezary Czekalski, MD (surgeon), while the NZOZ "Twój Lekarz" network of outpatient clinics was in the top ten in the Outpatient Clinic of the Year category.
