Limited access to clinics during the epidemic

Due to the COVID-19 epidemic, access to NZOZ Twój Lekarz facilities is limited. In the interests of the safety of patients and staff, entry to the clinic is only possible after making an appointment by phone. We also appeal to all those who observe symptoms of infection not to leave home without masks. By protecting ourselves, we protect other people.
Registration, along with information on remotely provided services, is available at: 71 311 12 36, from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
