How can you build enthusiasm and drive for action after 12 weeks of forced isolation caused by the COVID-19 pandemic? How can you motivate yourself to learn, train and work on yourself? How can you ensure that everyday activities and tasks are not an excessive burden?

These are the questions that the next hero of the Your Doctor and Friends campaign faced. Michał Góral – a teenage football player, a graduate of the Silesian Academy in Wrocław, wrote a book for his peers. In the author's opinion, "I'mpossible" is more of a guide than a manual, and all the tips in it have been tested in practice.

A high school student from Wrocław interested in sports psychology and personal development does not hide the fact that he was prompted to write the book by the desire to consciously manage his life:

"Not so long ago, I didn't know exactly what I wanted my life to look like in a few years. I felt lost, even though I never lacked passion and love for what I do. I wanted to change something, because I felt I could do more. I didn't want to be an ordinary teenager or just another footballer. I didn't want to live without passion, doing the same thing every day. I didn't want to feel bad. I didn't want other people to guide my decisions, because deep down I knew I was capable of something more! This is where the real fun began..."
