Dear Patients,
Your safety is a priority for the entire NZOZ Twój Lekarz Team. Since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have been using procedures to minimize the risk of coronavirus infection. We operate in accordance with the standards announced by the Ministry of Health and the Polish Society of Family Medicine and we are convinced that the use of recommended safety measures by both Staff and Patients is an action for the common good.
The doors of our facilities are open, but only as many people as there are designated places can enter. Due to the epidemiological situation, everyone entering is obliged to:
– putting on a mask,
– hand disinfection,
– appropriate distance,
Patients coming for scheduled medical visits are required to complete an epidemiological interview card.
Residents of Kiełczów and the entire Długołęka Commune will soon have access to a new clinic in the NZOZ Twój Lekarz network. The facility at 11/18 Mleczna Street will open on Wednesday, April 22nd, and from that date, it will accept patients under the National Health Fund's Primary Health Care and Coordinated Care programs.

In our work, we are guided by the idea of a family doctor who provides the patient with comprehensive care at all times, not only when they are ill. Our mission is to take care of the health of residents on a daily basis. We provide health education and promote prevention.
