This means that from Wednesday, February 3 the vaccination campaign planned for this week will continue.Patients who were registered for Monday and Tuesday have already received information about the new date" - he assures Kamila Kosinska Coordinator of the Registration Team of NZOZ Your Physician.

Six Your Doctor vaccination points are to vaccinate 180 people this week. Registered people should remember to show up at the right point, on the designated day and time. You should have an identity document with you, preferably an ID card. On site, you must fill out a questionnaire, which is the first stage of qualifying for vaccination.
