The release of the possibility of registering for COVID-19 vaccinations for all persons over the age of 18 has significantly changed the situation at vaccination points. Patients who previously registered for distant dates in smaller centers are now massively looking for the possibility of faster vaccination at population points.

"As a result, places are constantly becoming vacant, and the hotline staff has to constantly correct the lists of people registered for vaccination.” – says Patrycja Chrystowicz, Vaccination Coordinator at the NZOZ Twój Lekarz network of clinics operating in Wrocław and the Kobierzyce Commune. So far, over 15 thousand people have received COVID-19 vaccines at 6 vaccination points run by Twój Lekarz.

In the online registration system, you can register for the Astra Zeneca vaccine right away. In the case of the Pfizer vaccine, the next available dates are in June. "In recent days, we have observed an increase in the number of patients canceling their scheduled appointments for the Astra Zeneca vaccine" – Patrycja Chrystowicz adds. "In one of the points, out of 50 registered people, 15 patients declared their willingness to receive this vaccine."

This is a big challenge for the organizers of vaccination campaigns. In the case of the NZOZ Twój Lekarz network, the registration staff calls patients a day before the scheduled vaccination. This gives time to react and invite people registered for further dates to the clinic, but it means greater involvement of employees than before.

NZOZ Twój Lekarz runs 3 vaccination points in Wrocław and 3 in the Kobierzyce Commune. Telephone registration is possible from Monday to Friday, from 11:00 to 18:00, at 71 311 12 36.
