We are pleased to announce that our colleagues have been nominated by patients as part of the Hipokrates 2022 Medical Plebiscite.
In a plebiscite, patients will vote to award the title of Healthcare Employee of the Year.
The aim of the campaign is to appreciate those who in their work distinguish themselves with empathy, high personal culture, professionalism, and who enjoy great trust from patients.
We keep our fingers crossed for our colleagues and encourage you to support them in the competition!
In this episode of WHAT YOUR DOCTOR SAYS, we discuss contraindications to physical activity, the optimal type of training for the heart, the importance of sleep and recovery, and the impact of stress and stimulants on the circulatory system. The discussion is based on a cardiologist's clinical experience and addresses patients' daily health decisions.
