NZOZ Your Doctor supports the social campaign #OVOLVES #NOBLOCKS. According to statistics, Poles do not cancel doctor visits en masse, and 17 million appointments are missed each year because of this. As a result, queues are getting longer, and patients complain about difficult access to doctors.
Meanwhile, a phone call or text message informing the patient that they cannot make it to their appointment means that other patients can use the free time, and specialists can fully utilize their time and potential. This definitely facilitates the work of medical facilities and reduces losses in the healthcare system.
Only in October for scheduled visits to clinics NZOZ Your Doctor more than 400 patients did not show up. Only 30 informed in advance that they could not appear on the scheduled date. For patients who want to cancel their appointments in the Twój Lekarz network, a special internal hotline channel has been introduced: 71 311 12 36 ext. 2 and number 796 596 585, where you can unblock the date by sending Text message.
