nie bój się pomagać

Several dozen seniors from the Kobierzyce commune have undergone special training in providing first aid in emergencies. Workshops conducted by paramedics in village community centers are the result of cooperation between the Kobierzyce Cultural Center and NZOZ Twój Lekarz.

The medical center in Kobierzyce together with Health Promotion Foundation prepared a set of materials for training participants. They include a series of podcasts dedicated to FIRST AID. The premieres of individual episodes are scheduled for all pre-Christmas Wednesdays in December on channel CWHAT DOES YOUR DOCTOR SAY ABOUT THIS? available on major podcast platforms.

Guest of the series DON'T BE AFRAID TO HELP Is Dr. Andrzej Nabzdyk – emergency medicine specialist and emergency physician, well known to residents of the Kobierzyce Commune and patients from Wrocław. The specialist not only reminds the basic principles of first aid, but above all teaches how to behave in emergencies and efficiently call for qualified help. One of the important elements of the cycle is learning how to properly call for emergency services, which, as it turns out, is not so easy.
