Disturbing reports about a possible fourth wave of the COVID-19 pandemic and, consequently, the possibility of a return to pandemic restrictions are a reason to accelerate the vaccination campaign. NZOZ Twój Lekarz, as an entity running six vaccination points in Wrocław and the Kobierzyce Commune, currently has supplies of the Pfizer preparation and the ability to organize a vaccination campaign for company employees.

Online childbirth classes are free of charge for all women after the 21st week of pregnancy who have submitted a declaration to the midwife at the Twój Lekarz clinic.

The classes will be led by Izabela Ksyta-Moćko, Your Doctor’s family midwife, and will be available as online meetings on Your Doctor’s Facebook page.

As part of the course, each of the ladies will be able to take advantage of an individual meeting with a midwife, during which there will be an opportunity to practice newborn care, birthing positions and breathing techniques, and an individual discussion of the birth plan. The date of the meeting to be individually agreed with midwife Aleksandra Bernat, after the 32nd week of pregnancy.

Izabela Ksyta Moćko from NZOZ Twój Lekarz is competing for the title of MEDAL-WORTHY MIDWIFE! This is the 8th edition of the nationwide competition, in which the best midwife in Poland is selected. The campaign, conducted since 2014, aims to raise awareness in society of the role that midwives play in perinatal care. The organizers of the plebiscite emphasize that a midwife is not only caring and caring, but also increasingly higher medical competences and the responsibility associated with them.

In addition, a person who can prove that they have been vaccinated is not included in the limit of people attending events, sports and cultural events, and weddings.

The release of the possibility of registering for COVID-19 vaccinations for all persons over the age of 18 has significantly changed the situation at vaccination points. Patients who previously registered for distant dates in smaller centers are now massively looking for the possibility of faster vaccination at population points.
