How can I order a prescription?

Patients registered with NZOZ Twój Lekarz have the option of ordering prescriptions for medications recorded in their medical records that they are taking on a regular basis. Orders can be placed using a form sent to an e-mail address or by phone at 71 311 12 36. Click here for more information
