Pain in the spine, joints, and limbs often limits mobility and makes even the simplest daily activities difficult. It's no wonder then that „"Health policy program for the therapeutic rehabilitation of residents of the Kobierzyce Commune for 2026–2029"” It's enjoying a great deal of interest. This was also evident during the Municipal Harvest Festival in Kobierzyce. Participants of the two-day event eagerly visited the NZOZ Twój Lekarz medical tent and inquired about the possibility of free rehabilitation.
The program for residents over 50 was one of the main topics of the information and educational activities conducted during the harvest festival. However, the scale of interest is best demonstrated by the numbers. In less than a month, over 500 people registered with the NZOZ Your Doctor Rehabilitation Center. To date, over 100 qualification visits have been conducted, and approximately 3,000 rehabilitation treatments have been planned for participants.
Rehabilitation needed every day
The program is aimed at residents of the Kobierzyce Commune aged 50 and over. Support is available to individuals suffering from spine, joint, and limb pain, post-injury conditions, and chronic or inflammatory conditions of the musculoskeletal system and nervous system.
Such problems can affect not only the ability to work or engage in physical activity. They often make walking, household chores, and resting difficult, and over time, they can limit independence. Properly tailored rehabilitation helps improve fitness and safely return to daily activities. More information about the program can be found here. here
When to seek help?
It's not worth delaying a consultation, especially if pain or limited mobility persists and begins to interfere with daily functioning. This is especially important when symptoms appear after an injury or when problems associated with a chronic musculoskeletal or nervous system condition occur.
The great interest in the program in the Kobierzyce Commune shows that more and more people treat rehabilitation as an important element of caring for their health, activity and independence.
