Another intensive few months of work of the entire team are behind us NZOZ Your Doctor. Every day we made efforts to improve the level of services provided and introduce innovations that make it easier for our Patients to access comprehensive medical care. Thanks to this, we can proudly say that the past year was full of challenges, but also successes in our joint work.

At your disposal are over 20 Specialist Clinics, a modern Ophthalmology and Laser Therapy Center, Rehabilitation Center, Vaccination Points and Occupational Medicine. In our clinics, we implement the Coordinated Care Program in Primary Health Care. It significantly strengthens health prevention and allows for a quick response in the event of detecting serious diseases.

1. REGISTRATION FOR VISITS

You can register for an appointment in several convenient ways:

• in person during the opening hours of each of the 14 branches in Wrocław and the Kobierzyce Commune.
• by phone: 576 858 080 or 71 311 12 36, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
• online – using the form on the website www.twojlekarz.net
• using a virtual assistant ALICE in the form of a chat on the website or voice bot at 71 311 12 36 ext 01  

2. ORDERING PRESCRIPTIONS FOR MEDICINES YOU ARE TAKING ON A REGULAR BASIS

If you are taking medication for a chronic condition, you can order your prescriptions conveniently:

• online: via the form on the website www.twojlekarz.net/zazanienie-recept/
• by e-mail - by sending a message to the address recepty@twojlekarz.net providing your details (name, surname, date of birth) and a list of necessary medications.
• By text message: by sending a message to 690 010 399, providing your details and the name of the medication.
• by phone at 71 311 12 36 ext. 1

3. USING THE VIRTUAL REGISTRATION ASSISTANT

Our virtual assistant Alicja allows you to quickly and conveniently:

• register for a teleconsultation,
• order a prescription for medications you take regularly,
• cancel your appointment.
