How can I order a prescription?

Patients registered with NZOZ Twój Lekarz have the option of ordering prescriptions for medications recorded in their medical records that they take on a regular basis.
Orders can be placed using the form sent to the address e-mail or by phone at the number 71 311 12 36.
At the NZOZ Twój Lekarz clinic in Kiełczów, we are strengthening our care for patients requiring cardiology consultations. Dr. Dawid Kumięga, a physician currently specializing in cardiology, is starting work there. He will be seeing patients registered with NZOZ Twój Lekarz as part of their Primary Care Coordinated Care program.
