Urology clinic on the National Health Fund

Dear patients, thanks to the efforts of the NZOZ "Twój Lekarz" (Your Doctor), a urology clinic has been contracted with the National Health Fund since December 2015. The clinic provides free services to insured patients. Urology specialist Waldemar Bonczar has been providing care to patients. A referral is required to access the urology clinic. The clinic operates in a facility in Bielany Wrocławskie at ul. Wrocławska 24a/1. We invite you.
At the NZOZ Twój Lekarz clinic in Kiełczów, we are strengthening our care for patients requiring cardiology consultations. Dr. Dawid Kumięga, a physician currently specializing in cardiology, is starting work there. He will be seeing patients registered with NZOZ Twój Lekarz as part of their Primary Care Coordinated Care program.
