The most beautiful gift – health

On the occasion of the upcoming Women’s Day, NZOZ “Twój Lekarz” invites all women to take part in the pro-health campaign “The most beautiful gift – health!”
Every woman has many roles to play in her life: daughter, sister, wife, mother, friend, boss… and usually she devotes a lot of time and energy to each of these roles. But with such an active lifestyle, does she treat herself with the same attention and care? In addition to taking care of her appearance, does she also remember about her health and well-being?
We encourage all women to take care of themselves, and the upcoming Women's Day may be an opportunity. Saturday, March 5, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Kobierzyce clinic you will be able to take advantage of free tests and consultations. In the action program:
- blood pressure and blood sugar level testing,
- measuring abdominal circumference and body mass index (BMI),
- consultations with a specialist dietitian,
- free breast ultrasound (for women over 30 years of age – after prior telephone registration),
- meeting with a midwife,
- free yoga workshop for women (please register in advance as there are only 8 places available).
Residents of Kiełczów and the entire Długołęka Commune will soon have access to a new clinic in the NZOZ Twój Lekarz network. The facility at 11/18 Mleczna Street will open on Wednesday, April 22nd, and from that date, it will accept patients under the National Health Fund's Primary Health Care and Coordinated Care programs.
