Dr. Marcin Roszkowski, MD, was a guest on Rozmowa Dnia on Echo24 TV. Our expert made viewers aware that the spring equinox is not a myth, and also suggested how to deal with it. As it turns out, instead of supplements, it is better to include seasonal fruits, such as apples, in your diet.

After winter, more light appears, our body begins to send signals that spring is coming. The amount of melatonin, which put us to sleep during the winter, decreases, and the amount of serotonin, which stimulates us, increases. Not everyone tolerates such mobilization well. A change in lifestyle, a proper diet and exercise will get us back on our feet. – explained Marcin Roszkowski, MD.

We encourage you to watch the entire interview, which is available at this link.
