4. INDIVIDUAL REHABILITATION PACKAGE
The set includes individual work with a physiotherapist, breathing techniques and exercises on devices. Depending on the patient's current capacity, we offer:
- continuous/interval training on a treadmill/cycle ergometer or aerobic exercise aimed at improving the capacity of the cardiovascular system;
- breathing exercises, breathing with resistance or with the help of breathing exercise devices;
Before each procedure, a diagnosis of the current saturation level and blood pressure measurement are performed.
The treatments will help you return to activity and cope with the consequences of the disease on your own. The suggested number of rehabilitation sessions is 8 or 12. Sessions should be held twice a week.
