Every day, thousands of people are diagnosed with diabetes! This disease develops silently and for long periods of time produces no obvious symptoms. In Poland, approximately 3 million people have diabetes, and another 5 million live with prediabetes.

The autumn and winter infectious season is a time of increased risk of illness, especially among young children. During this period, it is especially important that healthy individuals, such as those coming for vaccinations, avoid contact with patients presenting with symptoms of infection.

Another edition of the Health Policy Program for the Prevention of Tick-Borne Diseases (Lyme disease), implemented between 2023 and 2025 for residents of Wrocław County, is coming to an end. With convenience and transparency in mind, NZOZ Twój Lekarz is introducing a new way of presenting specialist clinics on its website.

Get help from a psychologist faster and without the formalities. NZOZ Twój Lekarz clinics offer available psychologist appointments under contracts with the National Health Fund (NFZ). A referral from a family doctor is not required.

The new NZOZ "Twój Lekarz" (Your Doctor) clinic is scheduled to open in Mirków, in the Długołęka commune, in the second half of November. The new facility is conveniently located near the Mirków train station.
