Efficient communication is one of the pillars of modern healthcare. To meet patient expectations, NZOZ Twój Lekarz is introducing a new hotline structure. This change aims to facilitate contact with clinics, shorten wait times, and simplify the entire registration process. Thanks to the new hotline structure, patients will find the information they need and how to register more quickly. Additionally, while waiting, they will be able to learn about healthcare news and access to medical services. 

WHAT EXACTLY IS CHANGING?

• CLEARER MENU LAYOUT

Instead of ten drop-down categories, the new hotline offers six main options, addressing the most common patient needs. This simplifies navigation and eliminates the need to repeatedly dial digits to reach the appropriate department.

• POZ REGISTRATION IS FIRST

The most frequently selected function – registering with a primary care physician – has been moved to the top of the menu. Importantly, it now offers two convenient registration modes:

• Virtual registration without waiting for a connection – automatic registration without talking to a consultant,
• Conversation with a receptionist – for people who prefer direct contact.
• BETTER GROUPING OF SERVICES

We have abandoned the fragmented menu, which makes it much easier to choose the right path.

• A NEW VOICE, A MORE PLEASANT RECEPTION

The new hotline is voiced by Beata Kaczmarek. She is a well-known and beloved Polish voiceover artist whose voice you may recognize from many professional productions.
