Shock wave
Shockwave is a solution designed for non-invasive skin firming, cellulite reduction, and fat tissue breakdown using intense acoustic wave vibrations that spread throughout the body. Additionally, this system reduces the effects of skin aging and regenerates and rejuvenates soft tissue.
Acoustic pulses create vibrations in the connective tissue, causing it to alternately mechanically stretch and relax, as a result of which the connective tissue regains its elasticity through cell restructuring.
This treatment improves microcirculation and metabolism in the treatment area, as well as eliminates deposits (by unblocking the lymphatic system).

Rolling and individual training
Foam rolling is a massage technique using special rollers and balls, which is becoming increasingly popular among physically active individuals. The self-therapy procedure is simple once you receive instructions. During two sessions, the therapist will be able to determine which areas and how they should be rolled to achieve a body-shaping effect. The therapist will then pass this information on to the patient and monitor whether the self-therapy is being performed correctly.
Individual training is a different, more active form of therapy that supports body shaping. During two sessions, the therapist selects exercises, provides detailed instructions, and monitors the therapy for accuracy.
Chinese cupping massage
Chinese cupping massage increases blood circulation, which improves oxygenation and metabolism in skin cells and subcutaneous tissue. The negative pressure created by cupping the skin promotes lymphatic flow, reducing swelling and cellulite. During the massage, metabolism is accelerated, which in turn reduces fat tissue and cleanses the skin of toxins.
