- First consultation with a dietician (60 min) during which an interview will be conducted on eating habits, lifestyle, previous diets, food preferences, possible allergies and diseases. A body composition analysis will also be conducted, for which the patient must prepare appropriately, as well as anthropometric measurements.
- A 7-day, individual nutritional plan based on an interview conducted during the first consultation.
- 3 motivational consultations (discussion of diet, achievements to date, modification of the nutritional plan, tips for further work).
- Dietitian care throughout the duration of the package (modification of the nutritional plan, e-mail contact with the specialist).

Package price – 960 PLN, this 220 PLN cheaper than purchasing two individual packages. Each meal plan is individually designed using the DietetykPro software, which allows you to display macro and micronutrient levels in the menus. At the end of each plan, there's a shopping list and a "fridge plan." It's possible to create a meal plan using a Thermomix device, which doesn't increase the price of the meal plan. Meals from the Cookidoo platform and meals created by a dietitian are used.
