70% residents of the Kobierzyce Commune have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19. This is the best result among rural municipalities in Lower Silesia and a reason to congratulate everyone who decided to get vaccinated! Currently, Kobierzyce, where the entire vaccination cycle has reached over 15,500 residents, ranks 28th nationally and second in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship after Wrocław.

The effective fight against COVID-19 is the result of the campaign ZA#ACCAPSULATED CARPETS, which local government officials are running in conjunction with doctors. Since August 2021, the municipal office has been providing transportation for residents to Saturday vaccinations at the "Twój Lekarz" clinic in Kobierzyce. The campaign promoting vaccination as an effective method of combating the coronavirus has been very popular with residents.

"The ranking results indicate that our residents are aware and responsible," emphasizes Ryszard Pacholik, Mayor of the Kobierzyce Commune. "They deserve the greatest thanks for the success of the vaccination campaign," adds the mayor, emphasizing that "the strength of small, local communities lies in shared responsibility for each other."

"Every day, specialists from the NZOZ Twój Lekarz (Your Doctor) clinic encouraged patients to get vaccinated during their visits. These are thousands of conversations conducted during visits to our clinics," explains Mariola Madler Litera, head of the "Twój Lekarz" network. The doctor emphasizes that thanks to effective vaccination promotion, all residents of the Kobierzyce commune can feel safer. Scientific research confirms that vaccinations minimize the risk of severe COVID-19.

"Many people registered for weekend vaccinations, explaining that it was difficult for them to find time to visit a clinic during the week," says Kamila Kosińska, head of registration at the NZOZ "Twój Lekarz" (Your Doctor). "Some patients were afraid of reactions to the vaccination and therefore wanted to receive the vaccine on their days off," explains Kamila Kosińska.

Share ZA#ACCAPSULATED CARPETS will continue on Saturdays March 12 and 26Anyone interested will be able to receive the COVID-19 vaccine from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the "Twój Lekarz" clinic at 5 Witosa Street in Kobierzyce.
