We were at the Women's Congress

NZOZ “Twój Lekarz” participated in the first Congress of Active Women from Wrocław County.

The event dedicated to health, activity and beauty was attended by representatives of the provincial, district and commune authorities. The special guest of the meeting was NZOZ "Twój Lekarz", and one of the speakers was Dr. Marcin Roszkowski, a family medicine specialist at our center.

The expert told the participants of the meeting about, among other things, the most popular myths around healthy eating and trendy food products. He also talked about the important place of movement in the new food pyramid and why it is worth finding at least fifteen minutes for relaxation every day.

– Women's Day should be celebrated all year round and every day we should do something for our health – says Dr. Marcin Roszkowski. – We are glad that we could remind the participants of the Women's Congress about this. The great interest in the event shows that such initiatives make sense and are needed.

The event was organized by Roman Potocki, the head of the Wrocław district, together with the team for cooperation with non-governmental organizations in the District Office in Wrocław. The meeting took place on March 7 in the Communal Cultural Center in Kobierzyce. The next editions of the Women's Congress are already being planned.
