PARAMEDIC DAY

On September 8th, we celebrate National Paramedic Day. This is a special day dedicated to those who provide assistance every day in the most difficult moments. On this occasion, we extend our heartfelt thanks to all paramedics for their courage, dedication, and professionalism. Thanks to you, thousands of people can count on prompt, professional, and compassionate care in life-threatening situations.

WHY IS FIRST AID SO IMPORTANT?

Each of us may find ourselves in a situation where another person's life depends on a quick response. The ability to provide first aid—from properly calling emergency services to cardiopulmonary resuscitation—is crucial. Overcoming fear of action and possessing basic medical knowledge can save someone's life even before the ambulance arrives. This is a duty and social responsibility that should be close to each of us.
