SPORTS MEDICINE CONSULTATIONS FOR CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS AT NZOZ YOUR DOCTOR

The upcoming holiday and winter break season is a time for preparations for sports camps. Winter camp organizers are increasingly requiring participants to provide a current certificate confirming there are no contraindications to participating in sports. NZOZ Twój Lekarz offers comprehensive sports examinations for children and adolescents up to 18 years of age, both through National Health Fund (NFZ) visits and private consultations.

SPORTS MEDICINE WHO? WHERE? WHEN?

Qualifying tests and sports medicine consultations are conducted by Dr. Joanna Stoch-Stój, a specialist in family medicine. Patients are seen at the NZOZ Twój Lekarz clinic in Tyniec Mały at Zdrowa Street 2.

The next sports medicine consultation dates are available on December 18, 2025,

Registration is conducted by phone at: 71 311 12 36, Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

SPORTS TESTS BY THE NFZ AND PRIVATELY

The National Health Fund (NFZ) visit is free for patients registered with NZOZ Twój Lekarz (Your Doctor). It includes a full consultation and eligibility for sports.

Undeclared patients can take advantage of commercial visits. A medical consultation with an ECG costs PLN 160.

In order for the doctor to issue a certificate, you must provide current test results:
