Occupational Medicine at NZOZ "Your Doctor".

According to the regulations in force, all employees employed by the employer are subject to examinations. The employer is obliged to refer the employee for appropriate examinations confirming the lack of contraindications to the profession performed. The examination ends with the issuance of a medical certificate, which the employee presents to the employer. The examinations are performed in Kobierzyce.

Patients registered with NZOZ Twój Lekarz have the option of ordering prescriptions for medications recorded in their medical records that they take on a regular basis.

At the NZOZ “Twój Lekarz” clinic we provide the following occupational medicine services:

medical reports regarding job positions,
certificates for sanitary-epidemiological purposes,
decisions for candidate drivers,
rulings for those applying for a firearms permit.

referral from the employer,
current ID with photo.

Office worker

consultation with an occupational medicine physician,

Manual worker

consultation with an occupational medicine physician,
additional tests recommended by an occupational medicine physician,
laboratory blood test (as directed by a doctor)

Waiter

consultation with an occupational medicine physician,
tests for the sanitary-epidemiological station booklet (chest X-ray, salmonella test – swabs),

Managerial position

consultation with an occupational medicine physician,
ECG,
eye doctor,
Blood laboratory test (total cholesterol)

Machine operator in motion

consultation with an occupational medicine physician,
eye examination,
neurological examination,
ENT examination,
psychological tests,
blood test (glucose)

NOTE: The detailed scope of tests is determined by the occupational medicine physician during the visit.

We invite companies to conclude agreements with NZOZ "Twój Lekarz" for occupational health examinations for employees. In the autumn period, we also encourage employees to purchase flu vaccinations.

If the employer does not cover the examination fees, the patient bears the costs of the examination.
Payment can be made at the branch's registration. Payment in cash or by card.
