We like these meetings the most – our clinic was visited by preschoolers from Tyniec. The children asked us how to wash their hands, why it is worth liking sports and what a heartbeat sounds like. We answered the questions together with our mascot – Super Doctor.
Nothing will provide better health than prevention from the youngest age. Hence the idea and involvement of NZOZ "Twój Lekarz" employees in the educational campaign aimed at preschoolers. Classes with groups from the School and Kindergarten Complex in Tyniec Mały took place on April 18 – in total, we were visited by approx. 150 children. Angelika Kogut, a medical doctor, who led the classes, told the preschoolers why they should drink a lot of water, like sports and vegetables. She also showed how to take care of hygiene by washing their hands and teeth frequently. She was assisted by the Super Lekarz mascot, who handed out stickers, vitamin lollipops and balloons to the young patients. The children also had the opportunity to take souvenir photos. – Through play, we wanted to interest children in the subject of health. The little ones learned why it is worth going to the doctor and how to examine their bellies. The children also listened to their heartbeats and learned more about the work of a doctor. The atmosphere of the meeting was wonderful – says Aleksandra Chlebik-Olender, a family doctor and co-founder of the network of neighborhood medical facilities NZOZ "Twój Lekarz". The huge success of the campaign has led to plans for more. Information about where and when the meetings will take place will appear on our Facebook profile. We invite you!
