Below are important updates regarding sending test results and ordering prescriptions. Please read them carefully! Please do not send prescription orders to the address designated for sending test results and vice versa. This way you respect our work and time.

All documents for doctors should be sent to the following address: results@twojlekarz.net

To what address should I send my prescription orders?

Patients registered with NZOZ Twój Lekarz have the option of ordering prescriptions for medications recorded in their medical records that they take on a regular basis.  

Orders can be placed using the form sent to the address e-mail or by phone at the number 71 311 12 36.

The applications are verified by a doctor and processed within three working days.

Patients who use remote prescription ordering will receive a PIN for the electronic prescription by return email or text message. This number and the PESEL of the Patient for whom the prescription was issued are the basis for fulfilling the e-prescription in the pharmacy. The prescription must be fulfilled within 30 days.
