Since June 1, 2021, it has been much easier for people vaccinated against COVID 19 to travel around Europe. They can download special QR codes from the Online Patient Account. In addition, a person who can prove that they have been vaccinated is not included in the limit of people attending events, sports and cultural events, and weddings.

On UCC the code is made up QR and a unique identifier that can be shown when crossing borders. The document contains information that helps border and health services determine whether its holder poses an epidemic risk. Holders UCC are not subject to quarantine and do not need to undergo additional tests.

Code QR is available in Online Patient Account (pacjent.gov.pl). It will soon be available in the mobile application as well. myIKP and applications mCitizen

Who can get UCC besides vaccinated people?

The document can also be generated by patients who have received negative coronavirus test results. In this case, the certificate is valid for 48 hours.

UCC is also available to people who have recovered from COVID-19. For them, the document is valid from the 11th to the 180th day after obtaining a positive PCR test result.

The EU COVID Certificate (UCC) is valid in all EU Member States as well as Iceland, Norway and Liechtenstein.

Document UCC can also be obtained in the form of a paper printout at the vaccination point. If you are a convalescent or your coronavirus test result is negative, you can ask for a printout of the certificate from a doctor or a nurse of the Primary Health Care. NZOZ Your Doctor accepts applications for a certificate at the email address covid@twojlekarz.net Certificates are issued within three business days at the facility indicated in the Patient's application.
