Health is the most important thing – it is worth remembering it at every opportunity, also during fun. Another Municipal Harvest Festival in Kobierzyce is ahead of us. The two-day event is planned for Saturday and Sunday – August 31 and September 1. As in previous years, the NZOZ Twój Lekarz team will be present at the Kobierzyce stadium, which, together with the Health Promotion Foundation, will encourage all participants of the event to lead an active lifestyle and take care of their health. The youngest will be drawn into the fun by SUPER DOCTOR, the mascot of the Kobierzyce clinic, who is popular with children.

On Saturday, August 31st from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. in the medical tent, we have planned demonstrations of slow jogging and Nordic walking techniques. Movement is health - both children and seniors will see for themselves. Around 4:00 p.m., a group of daredevils led by trainer Agnieszka Ciechowicz will set off on the paths of the Kobierzyce park for slow jogging classes. Special attractions will be waiting for the youngest. Volunteers from the Health Promotion Foundation will be responsible for face painting. Each participant will be able to present fanciful designs on short films from the PHOTO BOOTH 360.

The DJ, showman and MC known from the radio station – Łukasz Basta will encourage everyone to have fun with health in mind. Face painting and PHOTO BOOTH 360 will also be available on Sunday, September 1. Then, specialists from the NZOZ Twój Lekarz Rehabilitation Workshop will be in the medical tent, who will be dealing with detecting posture defects in children and young people. This year, during the GO STRAIGHT TO SCHOOL campaign initiated by the Health Promotion Foundation, they want to examine all first-grade students starting their education in schools in the Kobierzyce Commune.

ALL THE BEST TO EVERY MOTHER!

Dear Moms, today all our thoughts are directed to you! We wish you health, which is the most precious treasure, lots of reasons to be happy and proud of your children.
