Health is paramount – it's worth remembering at every opportunity, including during fun. The next Municipal Harvest Festival in Kobierzyce is coming up. The two-day event is scheduled for Saturday and Sunday – August 31st and September 1st. As in previous years, the NZOZ Your Doctor team will be present at the Kobierzyce stadium, working with the Health Promotion Foundation to encourage all event participants to adopt an active lifestyle and take care of their health. SUPER DOCTOR, the beloved mascot of the Kobierzyce clinic, will also be engaging the youngest participants in the fun. 

On Saturday, August 31st, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, we've planned demonstrations of slow jogging and Nordic walking techniques in the medical tent. Movement is good for health – both children and seniors will discover this. Around 4:00 PM, a group of daredevils, led by trainer Agnieszka Ciechowicz, will set off on the paths of Kobierzyce Park for a slow jogging class. Special attractions await the youngest participants. Volunteers from the Health Promotion Foundation will be providing face painting. Each participant will be able to showcase their imaginative designs in short PHOTO BOOTH 360 videos. 

Łukasz Basta, a well-known radio DJ, entertainer, and master of ceremonies, will encourage everyone to join in the fun and stay healthy. Face painting and a 360 Photo Booth will also be available on Sunday, September 1st. Specialists from the NZOZ Your Doctor Rehabilitation Center will be in the medical tent to diagnose postural problems in children and adolescents. This year, during the "GO STRAIGHT TO SCHOOL" campaign initiated by the Health Promotion Foundation, they plan to examine all first-grade students entering schools in the Kobierzyce Commune.
